Poor Packaging
When you try so hard to surprise someone with a gift they have been raving about for a few months, only to have it delivered in a standard box with the company name on the side, it's kinda hard to Be excited about giving the gift when she was the one that took delivery of the box when it was delivered. She loved it, but I'm mad I didn't get the excitement part of giving her a present. Maybe, now that it's the holiday season, put it in another box without your company's name on the outside.
