Good wind chime

Does not work wouldn't give ANY stars but no choice in that
Purchased 2 bottles followed instructions, but, bird bath water froze into a thick solid lump confirmed instructions, shook well and even add more no ice than instructed, same result frozen solid lump. Meanwhile 2nd bottle kept in shed was unopened brand new sealed bottle had also frozen solid so obviously it is going to freeze if added to water and put outside in winter!! Complete waste of money.
