Brilliant gizmo

replacing exactly silimar unit that failed after 25years!! Si lasts better than most modern stuff. The battery even last at least 10 yrs before it needs replacing. Very convenient and accurate way of monitoring oil level from the comfort of your house.

Good replacement, does the job

This fitted fine, but care must be taken reassembling the tomtom to avoid impinging on the on/off switch as it snaps back together. If not exactly fitted part of the case activates the switch when the unit is flexed, I had to take it apart and redo. The battery seemed a bit erratic in holding charge initially, so it needs a long recharge before it works to full capacity.
