Fun picture-taker
Well gosh, those are kind of dumb questions up there. Is it reliable? It's an extremely well-made camera, but it's 70 years old; no telling if it was dropped in the ocean 30 years ago. If you get a good one, it's as reliable as any other mechanical camera.
Is it a good value? Kind of depends on what you paid for it. There's a guy in New Zealand who sells completely rebuilt examples for under $200, so I'd never pay close to that for an unknown used one.
The camera itself is great fun to use if you know what you're doing. There's no battery and no meter, so it's all up to you. It's small and light, and the Xenar and Xenon lenses are terrific. They're not very fast, so this is mostly a walking around outdoors kind of camera.
It will slow you down and make you pay attention to what you're shooting, but you should be doing that with film anyway.
Definitely worth a try if you're into the process of photography and enjoy precision mechanical devices.

Beautiful watch band
Beautiful band. A little expensive, so "value" is up to you, but it's very very nice and will probably last forever.
