    It's 9.30 on a Sunday morning. My normal sort of weekend 'lie in' was interrupted by an unexpected knock on my door. I answered it to discover a Post Office delivery of the part I ordered from this seller 24 hours ago. A delivery on a SUNDAY, are you kidding? I thought only Amazon could be that good.Not only am I surprised but very happy as the part ordered is needed urgently. This is excellent service from an excellent seller. Mega impressive I'll most certainly use them every time I can.

    Despite the seller's system telling me I had ordered the correct Turbo boost pipe for my car, when it arrived it was so obviously the wrong part. It was so wrong size and shape wise I didn't even have to remove it from the plastic packaging. I let them know and after trying to pass it off as my fault they said return it then. Never having returned any items I put my details on it wrapped it and sent it back. Then they tell me they can't refund as I didn't do it via Ebay. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

    We are sorry you feel this way. However, the part ordered was incorrect for your vehicle, as clearly visible in the photos. We offered a free return and full refund, but the item was never returned through the proper eBay process. Without receiving the item, we cannot issue a refund. Please always follow the eBay return procedure to avoid such issues.
