Great used condition
Pump works great and comes with a great warranty and the old seal. Thing about BMWs you don't know if it's the part or if it the ECU needing recoding/programming/calibration and then if and when you replace something it might not work until you recalibrate it or recode it to the car. Keep aware of this when things don't work out. BMW'S make it so you can't easily work on their vehicles. Be sure to have an ICOM interface and either NCSExpert or ISTA and proper Daten files for your vehicle.

Imcomplete product, Not Direct Replacement, Still Worth it.
Though my experience with the product was unsatisfactory. I do see the intent and value in it.
It still can be a great product: Important Facts at bottom.
Pros:
The Build and Strength are Great.
The Bushing are Decent { = 80 Grade}
(I'd say it matches the OEM flex with greater strength)
Size and Dimensions match OEM
(Differ Per Model Car (Take Note of your stock Size measure or look it up))
Cons:
No Instructions.
Not a Direct replacement.
As fairly new product. finding information is not easy.
Important Facts:
THIS PRODUCT CAN NOT BE USED WITHOUT WASHERS.
No washers are supplied. I found some manufactures included washers.
The size of these washers depends on your application bolt size and bushing size.
Washers go on the open end where the bolt or nut would touch bushing and sleeve.
Problem: The bushing is soft enough under pressure to work over the bolt head or nut; causing it to fall off and the unit completely fail and possibly major damage.
