  "Item not as described. The box was open upon arrival, and all items inside were unsealed and poorly rewrapped. While the product itself appears functional, the condition was disappointing and did not meet expectations for a 'new' listing. More transparency about packaging would have been appreciated." Avoid this seller!!

  Unfortunately there was a mix up, which is entirely our fault and a return was sent to this customer. Buyer brought this to my attention and offered to return and send out a new one with a small refund for the inconvenience. Buyer never responded and took the refund whilst keeping the item. All issues brought to us will be resolved.
