Very Sharp Lens
I use this lens on a 5D4 a 1D4 and M6 this is a cracking lens for the money, focusing is fast and accurate and it all comes in a package that is around 1/3rd lighter than the canon equivalent and less than 1/2 price. So if the Canon is better it really ought to be, but this one will do for me.

Great alternative to Canon - Nikon etc
1 of 1 found this helpful This is an excellent lens at a fraction of canon's equivalent.
It is however very heavy and as it doesn't have image stabilisation a monopod or similar is essential when using at f2.8.
The reduced depth of field means that you cannot get away with any camera shake.
Excellent value when purchased 2nd hand - mine was absolutely as brand new.
