Practical, easy to understand, inspiring
1 of 1 found this helpful It's an easy to read practical and inspiring way to learn how to cut sugar (notably fructose) out of your life. Fructose really is a poison and this book allows you to learn how to cut it out.

A great book; my 12 year old daughter finished it in 2 days!
The paperback cover is a lovely design and my daughter loved the book.

Compact and quiet
It looks small but the keys are the same size as a regular keyboard. It is not entirely silent but much, much quieter than my clattery one and my family is very pleased with how much quieter I type.
