Fenugreek capsules

A good product that does what it says on the tin but unfortunately I had to give it away as the capsules are made from bovine gelatin and therefore unsuitable for me. If the capsules were suitable for vegetarians , I would recommend them to everyone under the sun. They would then also be suitable for Jews, Muslims, Hindus, Orthodox Christians and Rastafarians and probably others!!!

Fun and fitness for kids.

To be honest, I wasn't expecting too much from this scooter but my boy wanted one as his reward for doing well in his SAT's so I got it for him. I expected it to be similar to the one his cousin has where the two slider legs have fixed wheels which are brought together and pushed apart as the means of propulsion but this is SO much better. The two rear wheels are NOT fixed but are free moving whilst the actual legs ARE fixed and cannot be brought together and apart to propel the scooter. This is done by using the whole lower body to swing the scooter legs from side to side which uses a lot of energy so my boy is actually exercising whilst having fun!! The scooter is of robust construction and comes ready assembled apart from the handlebars which are easily attached. My boy, 7years old, was doing 360 turns and drifting within 30 minutes of me putting it together for him. I couldn't get him off , he loved it so much and now he can't wait to show his cousin how much better and more versatile this Fliker swing slider is compared to his cousins slider. Exceeded my expectations. A top product.
