Train Your Brain
1 of 1 found this helpful Prior to using Muse, I worked with both the Stress Eraser and HeartMath’s EM Wave, so I didn’t know what to expect.
Have to say that I am pleasantly surprised 😲! Overall, you ease into the practice with a 10-step introduction which helps you get acclimated. Along the way, there is positive reinforcement with the meditation awards and you see your calm and recovery points which gives you a total score.
The only drawback was the fact that it didn’t come with any instructions or setting up the device. As my husband and I discovered, you get some guidance by downloading the MUSE app. In addition , the headband didn’t sync up with my cell phone Bluetooth, so I had to visit the website to troubleshoot the issue.

Nice Enough for the Price
Adequate quality for the price and so far it appears to function properly. My only complaint is it arrived with some dirt crusted to the bottom, which I was mostly able to clean it off.
