Not what I expected, but still a nice ornament

Based on the photo, I had gotten the impression that this ornament was 3-dimensional -- cube-shaped and appearing to be a wrapped Christmas present. But it is 2-dimensional (flat) and the photo is a bit of an optical illusion. But after thinking about it logically, I understand that it would almost have to be in order for the manufacturer to be able to etch the school logo into the plate. The logo looks good. The ornament itself is solid and well-made. It doesn't look like it could be easily or accidentally damaged or destroyed. Plus the backside is blank and could be engraved with a personalized message, if you had a way or a source for doing that. This was purchased as a gift in a family ornament exchange for someone who graduated from and loves the school, so it was perfect for the occasion.

Sturdy and Colorful
