  Did not received the items VHF radio as it was cancelled by the seller messaging me that battery was not holding, then return my payment without asking first of my opinion, try to message the seller that I'm willing to buy the items still but with no reply. Not even a decency to reply to me.

  Hi, The reason I did not reply was because I was undecided whether to sell the radios 'as is' or keep them and buy new batteries. I decided to keep them and replace the batteries after much searching for new batteries.
