About
I'm an Atari enthusiast, having bought my first console in 1977, I modify Atari's solely as a hobby to play on all new TV's via AV or Scart input for all to enjoy. This is the Granddaddy of all video game systems. Try some historic gaming classics!!

Long Live Atari!
2 of 2 found this helpful If you are looking at this review, the chances are you are looking to re-own a console you had years ago, or have heard how gaming at home all started in a time before wireless, online-multiplayer and complex games never existed. This console will never go out of date and so is not afraid of being picked on by the PS4, Nintendo 3DS, XBox One,
or Wii U..it has been kind of forgotten for decades but I think it's finally time to unleash this marvel of days gone by, if anyone can find a place for it under the 50" plasma!??
After all this is the Daddy of them all. This console will raise conversation when spotted under the TV cabinet as it looks like a piece of furniture and you can educate
the kids about how gaming used to be....before the makers of GTA, TEKKEN and CALL OF DUTY were even born?!
