Absolutely shocking customer service. Ordered an item nearly 3 weeks ago and still not arrived. They send me a tracking number which shows a parcel delivered to an address nearly 5 miles away from mine. Keep getting fobbed off with it's getting sorted. This item is meant to be a Christmas present but now won't receive it in time. This is quite possibly the worst seller I have come across on eBay. No contact number for them. And takes a day to respond to messages. Avoid at all costs!!!

Item was delivered before Christmas and any problems encountered with the delivery of this order was rectified
