Nice low-end tower
Good sheet metal work without sharp edges that can cut you. Good assortment of screws and such.

Not for live performances!
1 of 1 found this helpful The only way to get to a specific set of effects is to click up/down one at a time. This forces you to activate and deactive each effects set on the way to the one you want. For studio stuff, this is OK, but for live performance, there are terrible sounds emitted by various setting modes. Don't buy this for live performance unless you only want to program one or two effect mixes. The volume out of some of the settings is way too loud and makes terrible sounds as you are stepping through to a desired effect. Quality of the effects is pretty low - lots of hiss and noise with most of the effects.

Just like the ones in the big-box stores, but less $$$
I have a base station and 2 remotes, so I wanted to buy another since this product may be reaching end-of-life. I use skype on the second line, and it's nice to have a phone that supports 2 lines. The only strange thing is that you can either store names/numbers/ringtones in each handset, or in the base station. If you want these things in all handsets and base, you have to enter them individually. Not a bit thing, but it's the only inconvenience I noticed. Oh, when you first try to "register" the remote to your base phone, the instructions say "press the page key" but don't say that it's located on the base station, not the remotes. After trying all the keys on the remote that sounded vaguely like "paging", I went down to the base station and voila ..
