poor design
1 of 2 found this helpful nice vacuum except having to turn it upside down and use a screwdriver to clean the heppa filter. I had another vacuum like this except it was green and the filter is on top of the canister and VERY easy to access. It is a pain to return, so I will keep it and put up with that feature.
