Well worth the price paid
These are great quality and pretty weighty great value for money.

Better sleep
I have had sleep problems over 20 years, and thought after trying all the usual over the counter rubbish, would give these a try .
Verdict they actually do give me better quality sleep than I was having and seem to wake alot less during the night than I did ,I use a cpap machine and these seem to enhance my use of it,will be buying again for sure.

Powdery at first
Powdery smell at first ,but after a while turns into a great smelling fragrance.
