Good for reducing red, inflamed spots. It doesn't prevent spots from appearing though. If you have acne go see a doctor, wish someome told me sooner.
2 of 2 found this helpful I've been using this for acne, helps the redness of the spots decrease a lot. Use at night before sleep. You should go see a doctor though if you suffer from acne my biggest regret is I should of tried to prevent it than fix it. Aloe vera also helps with scars. So I've been prescribed cream and anti biotics and on top of that I use this. Just go get it checked you don't want scars after your acne goes. Best of luck.
