Nice Step Up Transformer
Not sure this needs a review. If you know what a SUT is you probably aren’t looking for info on a EBay review, Although the AU-300LC is toward the bottom end of these things it worked great for me. The boost on my Hana SL was exactly what I needed. It sounds better/cleaner than running the cart through my Cambridge preamp. I don’t hear any extra noise and nice not to have to plug another thing into the power strip.

Ortofon Blue stylus in Red cartridge.
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a very nice upgrade if you already have a Ortofon 2 M Red cartridge and need a new stylus. According to the Ortofon website the cartridge for the 2M Red, Silver, and Blue are exactly the same so swapping out the stylus is A-OK. So, a Red cartridge using the blue stylus is pretty much the same as a Blue cartridge and Blue stylus. I could really hear the difference and it's always nice to save money for more Vinyl.
