A great buy as to buy it new would have set me back a lot more.
1 of 1 found this helpful A really good DVD, although I haven't used it as much as I would have liked to. The soundtrack is very hypnotic and the I like the way the DVD is divided up into specific problems experienced during pregnancy.
I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to keep supple during pregnancy, although I have found getting through some of the longer exercises difficult and the beginning breathing exercises are a bit samey.
Overall a really good product. A great way to prepare yourself emotionally, physically and spiritually for child birth.
