Wouldn't trust good reviews - the mop is utterly useless and cheaply made

Sadly it is utterly useless. Mop Heads don't stick on and keep falling off.
DOES NOT clean the floor at all, just pushes some of the dirt around.
Bought to replace my old steam mop as it is getting old, but looks like I will have to keep on using the old one.
