Lip balms that were manufactured six years ago! That's way past general shelf-life and no longer safe to use!
1 of 1 found this helpful The products I received are past their shelf-life and no longer safe to use. Yes, they are "brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged" as specified, however, they were all manufactured in 2016 according to the product batch code (I received three "16N800" (manufactured in August 2016) and two "16N000" (manufactured in October 2016); photos attached). All five lip balms are over six years – doubled and well over the general shelf-life of cosmetic products, i.e., 36 months. It is the seller's responsibility to check the safety details (https://www.checkfresh.com/maybelline.html or https://checkcosmetic.net/) of their products before dispatching or even putting them on sale. I have returned my order and the seller was kind enough to provide a refund before my return of the products.
