    I hate to leave negative feedback and don't know what's going on with this seller, but over 2 weeks after placing an order, it was still showing as awaiting dispatch. Attempts to contact the seller via the messaging system yielded no response to the point where I ran out of patience and had to open a case with eBay for a refund. It appears there's been little activity in the last few months on their account which makes me fear the worst. Perhaps I would've had better luck holding a seance....

    Regrettably, I've finally had contact from the seller who claims they were in hospital, hence the lack of communication. Had I known this at the start, I would've been prepared to wait and wouldn't have now left negative feedback. I suggest in future if it's a planned visit they leave notification they're away here on eBay or have someone who can take over or at least answer messages if it's unplanned. They also very kindly sent me a replacement for the item which I'm told was lost in the post.
