Great scope for the DIYer
If you are a long time user of an analog scope it may take a little time to get used to a digital scope. The math and analysis capabilities provide a wealth info on the signal you are examining. Its a great value for the amateur or DIY electronics enthusiast.
The 8 bit sampling depth leaves the sampled signal just a bit fuzzy, but you can use the averaging mode to smooth this out.(That's the difference between analog and digital).
