Seller didn't use the correct postage for the item, trying to get it on the cheap, so I had to pay an extra £1.50 to Royal Mail to get the item delivered. They said they would refund me and then totally stiffed me on it, even though I'd paid a postage fee with the item itself. Extremely disappointing experience and very poor customer service. Avoid!!
