The seller was really pro active with the return by even logging it themselves and paying the money back in to my account before I had posted the item back. We then came up with a plan that I could keep the item and they sent me another outer sleeve as the 1st one was a write off. I would have no issues with purchasing from this person again and would recommend contacting them if there was an issue. The best out come I have had with an issue 100%

Hot Stuff
A great electric blanket. It heats quickly which is especially good if I wake up in the middle of the night and feel chilly because I can switch it on for 5-10 minutes knowing that it responds quickly. That makes me feel that it is not costing a lot of money.
Also it was very easy to put on the bed and the fact that the socket/control bits are detachable so that the blanket can be washed in the washing machine makes it even more attractive.
I think of the blanket as a real investment because the initial expenditure on it is fairly hefty. I do believe that it is worth the money.

A great listen!
What's not to love - great writer, UNABRIDGED version, smashing 'hero', wonderful reader - Michael Jayston. He is a truly excellent reader of P.D. James and of John le Carre novels.

Astronomically good!
Fabulous photographs of things celestial which are totally beyond my comprehension.
From a practical point of view I love the fact that Sunday appears at the left hand side of the calendar and Saturday at the right. That fits in with the picture in my mind of the 'shape' of the week!
