Great book! I think it really works if you stay with it.
Enjoyed the book. This is a diet I can stick with. Only lost 4 lbs in 7 days, but I still working on it.

Hope is enough
1 of 1 found this helpful I love the product. I haven't used it that long, but can tell a difference already. I use it morning and night and apply moisturizer after. Don't care too much for the smell, but at least that tells me it doesn't contain perfume or other chemicals that would irritate my skin. Will continue to use it.
