Finally recovered the item that was over a week delayed. I thought the parcel was lost and requested a refund. Refund was sent immediately, so thank you! But turns out the wrong postage size was printed on my parcel and I had to pay a fee to collect it at Royal Mail, hence why it was so delayed. Looking at other people's feedback, this seems like a reoccurring problem with the seller. More care needs to be done when chosing the correct postage label. Other than that, the top was as described.
