Order department has to step up
Received my order - or should I say one piece of a pole! Remainder of product - cutting apparatus and another pole missing. The packing of the product was very poor. Products need to be packed in a way that they do not arrive like a truck has run over it! I have no way of knowing if this was a good product because of these issues.

Password Logbook
Able to now record passwords and more in this logbook instead of slips of paper and relying on my memory. Some sites I do not use frequently so this has been great. Bought another for an elderly friend as a gift
