Not functional

I've had 4 or 5 of these over the years, and am very comfortable in setting these up for use. This unit appears to work, but actually is non functioning. It will sync up with the app, but won't correct it's time so it's off by hours. Additionally it only records calories burned but won't display or track steps on the device or the app. I wanted it for steps, so unfortunately for me, this item was a complete wash and waste of money. Very disappointing.
