Meross Smart WiFi Garage Door Opener MSG100

Simple, effective, brilliant.

Was boxed and as-new. Installation was easy, just download the Meross app and follow the clear instructions. We just needed to find a 2 way socket so we could power both the device and the door. This will depend how far away your power socket(s) is. There are two wires to connect with your door opener, but it will have a simple panel to allow that. We added ours along with the wires for the existing door switch so it still works too. Device came with US style (2x straight pins) USB power plug, so we just used an Australian power to USB plug we had at home, no worries. Door open/closed sensor is super simple, just use the sticky pads to locate them either side of the door, or any part that opens (we added them to the rail inside which is the belt drive) and run the wire safely back to the device and plug it in. It works like a charm, and within minutes we were opening and closing the door via voice with the Google Assistant or just tap the icon on the Meross app. Our radio openers have been suffering - probably interference - and range was down to almost unusable levels so we're super happy with this. Recommended!
