No instructions
would be nice if supplier's just popped some paper instructions inside box not everyone is able to print them off it would go a long way that for good customer care and customers should not hav to guess would that be to much to ask of a company? l hav bought one previous looks great and would buy again but to me it's like a teapot with no tea bags in so show this to your boss he or she should get the point!
