The item arrived promptly and appeared to be sealed in its original packaging with official Logitech seals, just as described. Unfortunately, despite trying new batteries, the device wouldn’t power up. However, I was very impressed with the seller’s response. As soon as I reported the issue, they handled it professionally and without delay, offering a full refund straightaway.

  Great ebayer. I put an old address on the order by error and got a message from Royal Mail that parcel could not be delivered. Contacted the seller and once they received the parcel back they re-sent it to the correct address with no fuss and no charge (even though I offered to pay postage & a handling fee). It works perfectly and was in pristine condition, with no blemishes to the product or packaging in any way. The value for money of this product is exceptional. I would recommend this seller 12/10!!
