  despite our best efforts to chase up a purchase , we received very conflicting information , a tracking number that did not exist and a delivery 2 weeks late that was never delivered. The seller marked as dispatched and then somehow then stated that it was delivered. So overall very disappointed that we just did not get the accurate info to start with. We rely on accuracy as a business and this order has lost us business and time,

  The item sent wasn't the same item as described or in the photo on the advert. It was a non branded charger not a Makita as in the listing, when I contacted the seller about the issue and wanting to return the item, he replied to eBay and myself, that I was trying to return an old charger. I Wouldn't use this seller ever again, and I don't recommend that you do too.
