They even rang us to say they would be sending it out and it came as promised.   Fantastic transaction; on ordering the pump was delivered next day, and it was well packaged. The sellers were totally happy when I told them the date I had it booked in with the mechanic, and then were really quick at sending the parcel label for me to return my original pump was I'd had it replaced.
