Wow, what fantastic service! He listed a speaker with the same part no as mine, but for rear door. I asked if it would fit front door & he said it wouldn’t, but would look for a front door speaker for me. He found one & listed it on eBay so I could buy it. Told it was going to be here by 24 / 25 march. Did not arrive as specified. Contacted seller, apparently they had asked the courier to update & they had lost it along the way. Again contacted seller & asked for a refund, to which they told me they would & had authorized Ebay to refund the payment. Still have not received it. Where is it?

Delivery stated sent via royal mail 48 which was why I ordered as needed it asap, instead it was via Evri- unreliable and took longer to arrive. The item arrived damaged and cracked. There were also marks not photographed or in the description. I messaged the seller, who said it could be returned, I asked for a partial refund towards the cost of repair and never received a reply from the seller. I paid for a damaged item, the repair and inconvenice.
