  The item arrived in perfect condition one day after the purchase. Royal Mail did not update the delivery and showed it as 'posted to you'. I contacted eBay and they advised (a) to tell the seller to contact eBay and (b) to leave feedback. Bottom line: Good seller, but unfortunate delivery and eBay support. There should be a simpler way to fix this.
