Solid feel, powerful and compact.,
seems like excellent quality for the price. feels solid and weighty. although the rubber buttons and the bracket seem a little flimsy I would expect them to last a few years at least.

C grade, but not bad. Lighter in wieght than expected, but still quiet and solid.
All works. Not the standard of quality finish expected from russel hobbs but the build and components are above average and it should last quite a few years. Handle has an annoying sharp seam on it that could have been cleaned off quite easily during manufacture. But it's outweighed by the overall solidity of the product. The base of the kettle itself is plastic and the upper part of the vessel is enamelled steel. I had to look inside to check that is wasn't also plastic because it's so light.
