  Purchased a coat on the 13th August seller informed me that there would be a delay in posting, said it would be posted the weekend of the 19th August. Still not marked as dispatched as it is now the 24th August with no further communication I decided to take out a dispute. Seller has refunded and thinks that is okay, it is not because I really want the coat I purchased. It is sellers like this that give ebay a bad name, if you cannot abide by ebay's policies and procedure then don't sell on here

  I feel I have been a bit to harsh with my last feedback, now I am fully informed of the situation the lady was dealing with it feels I was unfair to add to her distress. Please disregard my last feedback, everybody deserves a second chance....I would like to apologise for for being so quick to judge....
