    Very poor service. Paid for a Large Letter, but the seller sent it in a box as a Small Parcel — I had to collect it from Royal Mail and pay an extra fee. It took over a month to arrive, and I wasted time with emails to and from eBay. Seller offered no help, no apology, and took no responsibility. eBay had to step in. Avoid.
