About us

Now in our 40th year, East Anglia Books was started by my late father, Clifford Bishop who grew up around the airfields of Suffolk and as a boy, watched with huge interest and wonder, the B-17 Flying Fortresses and other aircraft going off to war. This started a lifelong interest in aviation for him. I am now endeavouring to continue his good work and stock many USAAF related titles but also have an extensive range which covers RAF, German and other Air Force units, operations, personal stories, uniforms, airfields, clothing, insignia, modelling, wrecks and relics, military, vehicles and much, much more. All books are packed very carefully by hand and well protected, mostly in boxes, and I strive to offer a quality, friendly and personal service which is reflected in the feedback received.
