Great product, but should have been cheeper because of a fault
1 of 1 found this helpful I was not told about the following problem before buying the product. Once I contacted them (PitBull) after I'd received it they told to contact TC Helicon directly and would not stand behind their product.
'I'm having an issue with my Voicelive 3 that when I record a loop it plays back with a terrible 'staticky' sound on the track. I've only just purchased it and this is the first few times using it.
I've updated the firmware and checked/changed all cables etc.. But to no avail.'
It's now going to cost me $200 to have fixed. This is poor after-sales follow up from the seller.
