Perfect for the home bike mechanic.
These cable cutters (yes they work for housings, but not as well as a dedicated housing shear) are sturdy, have decent ergonomics and seem to have jaws which are both well ground and well hardened. If you're a professional mechanic, I'd bet these aren't going to last more than a season or two , but for home mechanics they ought to be a one-time purchase.

Great budget seatpost
this is a high quality seatpost for the asking price, however the finish quality isn't up to a Ritchey or Thompson, but for less than half the price it's hard to find fault. It's also fairly light for the price.
My only real criticism is that the coarse pitch of the knurling between the seat clamp base and the post top makes it impossible to set an exact seat angle, you're stuck with the increments that the parts mesh at. It's still adjustable to a reasonably fine degree, but not micro-adjustable.

awesome grease gun for a bike mechanic!
1 of 1 found this helpful I got this to re-grease Speedplay pedals, but it gets used for much more... this is a sturdy, functional tool, it's easy to load and doesn't leak grease out the bottom like some other compact grease gun designs.
