Disney stories encourage young readers
My granddaughter is in Kindergarten this year and has started learning to read. This book has familiar Disney stories that she knows and loves, short words, and gradually longer sentences. The pictures are bright and engaging. It is a perfect size and weight for small hands so she can read by herself. Reading is an important skill, so why not make it fun!

A Little Bit of Everything
This hardcover book is one of those books that your girls will turn to for all kinds of information. From how to make a club house, how to play sports (and the rules), how to handle social situations, and how to safely use hand tools. It is similar to a Scout handbook, but so much more. This book will be kept in a prominent place on my bookshelf.
