10pcs LingRui Musk Strengthen Bone Relieving Pain Herbal Plaster Patches

These pain patches work great!

They do seem to penetrate deep into the bone, especially on my spine and neck as well as muscle and soft tissue. Way better than other patches I've tried. Note they tend to stick very, very well so if I am putting it on a place where i'm more thick skinned, like upper back, then it is fine. But if I am putting in somewhere with delicate skin, then I lightly stick the adhesive side of the patch on my hand first and then apply it...not too much or it might not stick as well. Also, sometimes I am a little itchy from dry skin after removing the patch so I apply some lotion. I also sometimes cut the patches in 2 or even 4th's if I have a pinpointed muscle knot. And finally, keep the unused patches sealed in the bag so the ingredients do not evaporate I find is best. Delivery from China took about 2 months, so order ahead!
