We got the natural colour and sheen we wanted.

After 1 coat it polished up to a satin sheen onto white oak, same colour as when the wood is wet so its eas to judge the final finish. Make sure the surfaces are lightly sanded before use because our test piece turned slightly rough after its coat but didnt happen after a light sanding on another test piece.
