Sony HT-CT790 Stylish Sound Bar w/ 4K and HDR Support Bluetooth 3 HDMI Inputs

Awesome Sound Bar Receiver

I recently moved where I couldn't install my Pioneer 7.2 channel receiver and Infinity speaker set up due to the layout of the room (no place to put the wires for the speakers!) I researched wireless speakers and sound bars and discovered this Sony. It has replaced my receiver as I connected my TV, Directv, and Apple TV to it, and there's still one more spot open for an Xbox/PS4/DVD/Blue Ray player if I ever get one of those. The sound is impressive for a sound bar; of course, it does not compare to the sound I had before, but it does sound incredible with a great range. I love music (all kinds) and use this primarily to wirelessly cast music from my iPhone to play throughout the house. I paired it with some SRS-HG1 wireless speakers and I listen all over the house with those. (I haven't used them as rear surrounds yet but plan to see how that goes.) For TV, the sound is great too, but without rear speakers you can't get true surround sound. However, this sound bar comes close with the way it disburses the sound. A great product!
