  First Six Sections of Manual were "greyed out" - that is in Volume 1, which was not sent. Manual is in four languages, meaning it has 250 English pages, not 737 as advertised. Comms? Seller just didn't seem to grasp the problem, the missing sections contain not only vital safety information but vital information for servicing and fault finding the engine.
