  Seller sent the camera well packaged and on time. It appeared new and unopened, but when I removed it to charge, it wouldn't charge. I found there was no battery in or the box, so I promptly contacted the seller. They responded immediately and made it right. Things happen that are out of our control, this was the right way to take care of it. Overall good value, and I'm very happy, and recommend seller, azgroovysc for sure.
